1. Use of the Service

PageGenius is an AI-powered website builder operated by Ad Wolves Media. You may use the Service to create, edit, and publish websites subject to the limits of your selected plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using PageGenius. By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to host and serve that content to your visitors.

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Plans and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Downgrading may archive excess projects.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ad Wolves Media is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
