• Analytics data: Page views, form submissions, and visitor IP addresses (anonymized).
• Billing data: Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service-related notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Clerk — for authentication services.
• Vercel / VPS — for hosting the application.
• Law enforcement — only when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You can also delete your account from the Settings page.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, project data is removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.
